Agreement between User and Jaynolancamp.org

Welcome to Jaynolancamp.org. The Jaynolancamp.org website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Jay Nolan Recreational Services Inc (“JNRS”). Jaynolancamp.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). The purpose of our website is to provide information about the services we offer, to provide information to our workforce, and to support online fund development.

Termination / Access Restriction

JNRS may terminate access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by California law, and disputes will be handled in California courts.

No partnership or employment relationship is created through use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and JNRS and supersedes prior communications. A printed version is admissible in legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

JNRS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
